my bff janie overall and i had this crazy idea to make our own fake neon colored highlights
THEY WORKED
so if you want to know how to make your own follow these instructions
first you need a straightener, some fake different colored hair thats supposed to be in hair band ( thats what we used.), scissors, a hot glue gun, a small circular tag about the size of your pinky, a couple of bobby pins and glue for the glue gun.
first you straighten the fake hair, cut a small group off quickly tie a not in it. then glue hair to your small circular tag. then glue tag and hair to bobby pin. and volue you have yourself a fake highlight.
